Telemedicine provides the option to participate in online clinic visits from the comfort of home.

Currently serving Texas, you can schedule a virtual appointment through our online platform to start your wellness journey from the comfort of your own home. Express Health Systems also accepts walk-ins, no appointment necessary, at our clinics located in Tyler, Tx and Plano, Tx.

We strongly encourage patients to review updated Clinic Visit Requirements prior to booking an appointment.

To get started, visit us at either location Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., no appointment necessary.

Telemedicine visits are available by appointment only Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.

*Failure to meet all stated requirements will result in the forfeiture of deposits.

**You must have the following available to you during your e-visit: digital weight scale, digital blood-pressure cuff (wrist cuff is permissible), soft measuring tape for hip and waist measurements, video-enabled device, photo identification (valid government-issued ID). Urgent Care and Men’s Health eVisits do not require a weight scale or a blood pressure cuff.
