We’re making a change to better serve you and ensure your care remains consistent, safe, and reliable.
✅ What’s Changing?
We fully respect your right to choose the pharmacy you prefer. Please note the following:
• If a prescription needs to be transferred for any reason, a $25 transfer fee will apply.
• Prescriptions may be transferred to one of our suggested pharmacies at no cost.
• Compounded medications (GLP-1, GIP, Lipotropic/B12, NAD+) are only available through our preferred pharmacies.
Additionally, some pharmacies have requested that we not utilize them for controlled substance medications. If this applies to your prescription or if you have any questions, please feel free to ask one of our associates. We’re happy to help explain your options and guide you through the process.

Express Health Systems accepts walk-ins at our Tyler and Plano, Texas, clinics. You can also schedule a virtual appointment through our online platform to start your wellness journey from the comfort of your own home.
To get started, visit us at either location Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., no appointment necessary.
Telemedicine visits are available by appointment only Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.
