How Do I Sign Up for the Patient Portal?
If you’re a current patient, accessing the Patient Portal is as easy as calling our office and speaking to a member of our team to set up your account. If you’re a new patient, ask about getting access to the Patient Portal during your first in-office or telehealth visit.
Is the Patient Portal Secure?
The Express Health Systems Patient Portal is secure. Messaging and health data are encrypted, and access to your account is protected through your unique username and password.
Are There Any Charges for Using the Patient Portal?
Our Patient Portal is free to set up and use.
What If I Have Trouble Accessing the Patient Portal?
If you encounter issues accessing the Patient Portal, you can call our office at 903-592-5670 for support. We can assist you with account recovery, password resets and any other technical issues you may experience.

Express Health Systems accepts walk-ins at our Tyler and Plano, Texas, clinics. You can also schedule a virtual appointment through our online platform to start your wellness journey from the comfort of your own home.
To get started, visit us at either location Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., no appointment necessary.
Telemedicine visits are available by appointment only Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.
