Do you take walk-ins?

 -We take walk-ins at our Tyler and Plano clinics, or you can schedule an appointment for an E-Visit. 

How do I schedule an eVisit?

 -To make an appointment click on the New Patient/Returning Patient Link on this page to register and select your preferred time.

I already scheduled an e-visit and paid a deposit, but I cannot find the link.

What does an office visit cost?

What payment types do you accept?

 -Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Cash HSA/FSA Cards, and Care Credit are all accepted.

Do you accept insurance?

 -No. Detailed receipts can be provided upon individual request for patients to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.

PRIOR AUTHORIZATIONS ARE NOT PERFORMED BY OUR STAFF for prescription coverage.

What weight management prescriptions do you offer?

 -Prescriptions offered to patients are subject to our clinician's professional medical opinion.  Weight management options available vary based on state-specific regulations.  Some weight management prescriptions on the market are available for prescription usage including Phentermine, Bontril, Tenuate, Didrex, Wegovy, Contrave, Qsymia, Wellbutrin, Topamax, and Semaglutide.  

Can phentermine be prescribed with an online appointment?

 -Yes, it can be prescribed through an E-Visit via VIDEOCHAT. You will need a digital weight scale, an automatic blood pressure cuff (wrist or arm), and a measuring tape for hip and waist measurements to be used during the video chat. Check the telemedicine requirements to verify your state permits such visits.

Where can I request prescription refills?

 -Please visit the patient portal here to submit prescription refill requests.

Do my purchases expire?

 -Yes!

 Per Federal Law, Schedule III and IV controlled substances cannot be filled more than 6 months after the date the prescription was issued.

 Clinic purchases, such as injections or injection bundles, or aesthetic offers, expire 12 months after the date the purchase was made unless otherwise specified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
