Deposit
A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. Payment information will be collected upon the completion of your online forms. After you attend your appointment with the appropriate requirements, your deposit will be applied toward your visit’s expense.
Forfeiture of your deposit will result if you:

Fail to bring the stated requirements to your visit

Fail to appear for your visit or cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment

Reschedule or cancel your appointment three times in a row

Have an active prescription for ADD/ADHD
Weight Loss Consultation
$78 per Month of Medication Sent: Includes Clinic Visit and Clinician Fee
The cost of your consultation is included in this price. You may be provided with a prescription at this visit and will be responsible for the cost when you pick it up at the pharmacy.
Please note that weight management prescriptions EXPIRE SIX (6) MONTHS after the issue date.
For your convenience, customers may receive a discount by paying with cash where available.
Minor Urgent Care & Men's Health Consultation
$55: Includes Clinic Visit and Clinician Fee
The cost of your consultation is included in this price. You may be provided with a prescription at this visit and will be responsible for the cost when you pick it up at the pharmacy.
Please note that weight management prescriptions EXPIRE SIX (6) MONTHS after the issue date.
For your convenience, customers may receive a discount by paying with cash where available.
In Clinic Injections
Starting at $15/injection: Includes one (1) GLP-1 injection administered in Clinic
$26/injection: Includes one (1) Lipotropic/B12 injection administered in Clinic

$26: Lipotropic/B12 Clinic Fee
This cost is for one prescription for a vial that contains a four-week supply of injections. You will self-administer the injections away from the clinic. Patient is responsible for the cost of the vial when contacted by the pharmacy.
Please note that injection purchases EXPIRE TWELVE (12) MONTHS after the issue date.

Telemedicine visits are available by appointment only Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.
